I think you should consider yourself a photographer, not an amateur. If you want to think in terms of amateur or professional, it's easy to get stuck in amateur mode and take photographs with an amateur state of mind. I like your photos, but there are some things I might do differently.
The leaves seem over-processed, and there doesn't seem to be any center of attention. Some of the leaf fragments are over-exposed, drawing unnecessary attention to them.
I really like the second one. Although, there are solid blacks on the water from over-use of contrast. I would have created a mask so I could selectively apply contrast to the rest of the image, leaving the darkest areas of the water alone so they don't block up to solid black.
The flower is pretty, but I feel there needs to be more depth of field, more in focus. When I use a shallow depth of field, it's to isolate the subject and blur out unwanted surroundings. Granted, it's difficult to get a top-down view of a tulip with both the petals and the stigma thingies sharp at the same time. You need a small aperture and lots of light. Getting a hand-held shot might be difficult, I admit. I also feel, at least on my uncalibrated monitor, that the white balance might be a tad on the cool side. Meaning, the blues are possibly too prominent.
