Caught this yesterday and just loved the colors and composition!

Super catch. I went to a Santana concert a few years back & on a huge screen behind the band was the video of a lone dove flying in slow motion, it was moving & beautiful. This shot reminds me of that scene!!

First of all, I was shooting with a D700 and a 70-200 with a 1.4 tele attached. I was shooting AF-C with 9 point dynamic focus set and CL.

I was standing on a pier in Dallas where people feed the water fowl. A lady next to me was throwing pieces of bread up in the air and the gulls were circling and catching the bread in mid-air. There you go. Lucky shot!
