I went over to the park Saturday morning, and after two weeks six of the eight are still around. As you can tell, it was a cold morning and they have decided they really don't like cold weather!

1/1250s at f/5.6, ISO 400, 200-400/4 + 1.4x at 550mm

Which park were you @? There's a park in RR off of 35 that has some new ducks as well.

These were at Round Rock Memorial Park, which is just off 35 in RR :-).

Thanks for the kind words everybody! These are a bunch of cute chicks, hopefully more than usual will make it. I didn't really get anything but the group shots (and picked the best one out of those), but here are a couple more from two weeks ago when I first saw them.

We go over there more now that she knows those ducks are born. Have to make the usual stop if we're in the area.
