Jaguar at Caldwell Zoo in Tyler - 04-19-2005, 11:35 PM


Took this one at Caldwell Zoo in Tyler a few years ago before the remodel. The cat was looking through a glass at a deer like animal. Forget the name of the creature it was looking at but you can imagine it is thinking lunch.

I guess you could say he was looking though the window to the world.

That is a very good poss the cat has, what a wonderful animal.

What would have made it a little better is if you were in there with the cat and could have taken it over it sholder... with the other animal in the far background.
Maybe you could go back and try that shot......... :lol: :lol:

LOL... I think I'd been too afraid it woulda settled for "inviting" me to luch. But it would have been an awesome shot.

I entered the photo in the Tyler fair but didn't win anything for it. Unlike the Dallas fair, TYler displays all photos. I was looking at my photos on display and then found one that had the same pose. It was so close with the exception of dull color I had to do a double check to make sure someone hadn't copied my picture.
