Can anyone tell me what kind it is? Bike hasn't beed riden in 2 days. Snake wan't in the garage yesturday. THere is blood on the bike. Skyler saw it today. He was mad that I picked him up and tossed him in the trash. He wanted to keep him. LOL

Yea, just looks like a garden variety rat snake... one of the good ones out there, they eat vermin like rats and mice.

That's a Texas Ratsnake. It is a common species in and around residential areas in the state as well as away from people.

They are totally harmless. They have a bad reputation for being "mean" but if you were being approached by an unknown animal that weighed 400 times your weight, you might be a tad defensive as well!
