I was at High Island Wednesday with my wife, daughter, and grand daughter. Canon 30D 300mm f4L IS with 1.4 extender hand held I think he has something in his throat?      I had some problems not blowing out the whites, ended up using -2.00 and trying different angles to the sun. And on the ferry back to Galveston I got a portrait of a newly dressed for spring Laughing Gull!
