18-55mm VR lens sold as a kit lens with many cameras  KR seems to like this lens, and it seems to be acceptably sharp. Yes, I have this lens...it's very light and sharp and inexpensive. Great for walking around, vacation...etc...If it breaks you're out about $100. Kind of a worry-free option. I've really enjoyed it. |

I also use it as my walk around when visiting family in other places ...
