Yeaah, it's my 24th wedding anniversary today. Happy happy to all the other anniversaryites. I was trying to get a B&B in Fredericksburg last month for a car show. Turns out they all say "close to downtown" or "blocks from downtown", but almost none of them have addresses posted so you could actually see where they are. And we wanted to park the classic car and walk the rest of the time. And they all say they are romantic, and some have pictures of the outside, some just the rooms, so you get the idea they are hiding what they don't want to show. So we called those reservation services and they told us they didn't have a location map for "security reasons". Like once you're in town you can't tell what's a B&B? So we booked in at one called "A Place in Time" that was about 8 blocks from Main St. but had an address on the website, and ended up meeting another TPF'er at breakfast (rickntx).
