haven't touched WOW in over 2 years, stopped when I saw all the changes to the game for Burning Crusade and didn't like the way they were breaking so many things IMO, and really ruining the way many played the game and certain classes. Had lvl 60 Hunter in full Dragonstalker, with trinkets, rings etc and weapons from AQ (Barb of the Sand Reaver and Huhuran's Stinger). Had Exalted rep with Timbermaw, Cenarion etc etc. 300 in cooking, skinning, Tribal LW blah blah blah. Even had a Druid that I used for raiding when needed too, level 60 on her and she'd been to just about every raid that was available at the time before BC. My Hunter was probably top 5 on the server, and had starts that were damned near untouchable. Used to have screenshots, I think I broke 1000 RAP at one point lol. DPS was off the fricken charts for fights like the Twin Emps in AQ. Main pulled everything, smooth as butter.
now if I play anything it's mostly just Wii or PS3. Just finally got around to beating Star Wars: Force Unleashed. Still have SF4 on the shelf, and Little Big Planet as well.
WoW is definitely addicting. I honestly can't imagine starting brand new at this point though. With the level cap up to 80 now I don't think I could ever level a fresh character all the way without having a main character to fall back on when the leveling gets tiring. The only way I can continue to make new alts is because I know i've always got my Mage or Druid to play when I get tired of collecting pirate hats and getting ganked in Stranglethorn Vail by bored level 80s.

lvling a new char is exhausting. i did the refer-a-friend to get a buddy to start playing. we get 3x the XP and i still find it tiring, lol! we've been playing for a couple of nights a week for 3 weeks and are at 20 though, so i guess it's going pretty quickly.

I don't even want to pick it up now, I remember how much time it was to keep pushing content. My guild raided pretty much every night of the week, and all day on Sunday. We'd clear MC in a couple of hours on a weeknight, and Blackwing Lair on a Sunday, eventually BWL turned into a couple of hours on a weeknight as well. But just the constant farming to get all the materials and potions and everything else you needed just to play...almost kind of glad that they broke the class and started it all over so that I left. If I hadn't I wouldn't be doing photography now tho...lol
Its acctually gotten a lot easier to lvl up to about 60, it jsut gets really repetitive. and once i hit 80 with my toons, i got bored and just kind of walked away for a bit. then of course went back for a little bit just to catch up with everyone, see how family's are and what not. maybe run and instance or 2, pvp a little then get off for the night.

Yeah, it definitely is a lot easier to get to 60, even 70 now, since they doubled the XP that you get plus lowered the amount needed to level. my problem is that ive done all the quests so many times that they just get boring and i start getting bored with the characters around level 35.
Also, i havent leveled a toon since they dropped the Riding skill level requirement down to level 30 now. Im sure that alone makes things go quicker through that 30-40 stage. Once i get out of my 30's ive always been fine with leveling. Its just that brutal Stranglethorn Vale level range, which is like a good 8-10 levels, that i cant get past.
It probably doesnt help that im on a PvP server and have always been...
Fallout 3 is just brilliant. Bethesda really outdid themselves with this game. Not much beats shooting somebody with a high powered energy rifle and watching them turn into green goop.
My main toon on WoW is a level 80 Tauren Death Knight. I've just started an Undead Priest. Both of them are on Doomhammer. PvE realms are so much nicer for casual players like me.

I hated STV so much that when I leveled my 2nd character I refused to go there and did it all on the other side at the Racetrack and in the deserts.
My main character is a level 80 Orc warlock on the Alterac Mountains server (formerly of Bloodscalp, but my entire guild transferred when Bloodscalp was having major issues during Naxx). I play in a "casual hardcore" raiding guild. We've currently cleared Ulduar 25-man are are working on the hard modes. I also run a WoW website with my boyfriend, which is currently in a stagnant state while we get version 2.0 completed.

As far as non-wow games are concerned, I'm a huge Left 4 Dead (PC) player. I've also been playing Okami a bit on my Wii but I haven't gotten very far into it. My favorite game of all time is probably Shadow of the Colossus... so when I saw that the team that makes it is working on another game it made my heart skip a beat. I'm totally in love with the trailer.
Hahaha, yeap - my boyfriend and I run it! We feel terrible because the Ulduar info isn't up to date now, but we have a lot of big changes underway. We've felt like it's made more sense to put our focus into the new system to make it as awesome as possible. Traffic has taken a hit as a result but I know that when we have the new stuff done it will be kick ass. :D I'll make sure to post here in the thread when it's ready!
