David, you're a good guy and I don't want to hurt your feelers but don't you think that truck might be just a dab too lightweight for that large of a trailer?

No not all, it's a 4x4!
He also used some nice thin chains and small screws to hold the back door from falling off!

Cool capture!

Hey, it's not all that strong a 'truck'--he is prolly trying to save weight where he can!
It looks like going straight will prolly work our fine. Don't know how well it's going to work when he needs to make a sharp turn--not a lot of clearance between the front of the trailer and the back glass...

Heh. I wish i found that surprising. I found, while on my 2 week roadtrip to montana last fall, that vehicles with Utah plates were the ones that left me with the most fear for my life.

Ah, I'm not worried about the sharp turn--there's not enough weight on the front wheels to make a sharp turn...

I saw that picture and the first thing that came to my mind was the old CW McCall song "Wolf Creek Pass". I can just see how this thing is going to turn out on those passes in Colorado and Utah:

I looked on outa the window
An' I started in a countin' phone poles
Goin' by at the rate of four to the seventh power
I put two an' two together
Added twelve, an' carried five
Come up with twenty two thousand telephone poles an hour...

...Well Earl rared back
Cocked his leg
Stepped down as hard as he could on the brake
And the pedal went clear to the floor
And stayed - right there on the floor
Says it's sorta like steppin' on a plum
Well from there on down it just wasn't real pretty...

(Lyrics from "Wolf Creek Pass" written by Bill Fries & Chip Davis)

yep, that things already doing a wheelie standing still, not considering if it rains - with the hydroplaning, or some gravel, or...

Yeah! I'll go!
Do you think we might rig a carrier for my Harley Dresser on the front of the trailer, underneath that nice shady overhang?
