it is a joke. Granted I'm a train nut, so i may have some prejudices, but your "Hub and Spoke" system is exactly what it needs to be. If it to get cars off the road, it needs to replicate the paths folks take NOW. Parallel 59. Parallel 45. Parallel 290. Parallel 10. As is it does NOTHING to get cars off the problematic roads. I seriously dont understand the Uptown line other than getting more shoppers into the Galleria district.
