just wanted to add my 2¢ from being a Navy Wife for the last 10 years.
Often times a Chaplin can get more accomplished than an ombudsman. An ombudsman is really only as useful as her experience in the military. I was an ombudsman, truly we have no standing or much training.

Also have you looked into the military legal office? They have lots of experience in this kind of stuff....plus it won't cost you anything...at least for active duty.

Also if you do get into any kind of financial trouble there are lots of places that can help. For the Navy it was called Navy & Marine corp relief society. They would give interest free loans to help you out. Plus they gave spouses grants for college. Take advantage of anything you can that the military will offer you while he is gone!
Hope everything works out!

Wow Sorry I wrote this on like page 4, didn't realize there was 3 more pages!

Glad it all got resolved!

All I can do is shake my head when I hear these stories about that company.

(I still think ATT is a turd that hasn't yet been flushed, due in large part to its size, but it's coming.....)

Oh, you definitely had 'em by the short and curlies; my phone locked up a few minutes ago, and after I pulled the battery, waited a few minutes and started it back up, THE 3G INDICATOR IS SHOWING!!!

I know it was still just "G" earlier tonight, so the changeover must have just happened, and caused it some sort of electronic brain trauma. Transfer speeds aren't at the high end of 3G yet, but what I'm seeing is definitely too fast to still be the overloaded GPRS connection.
