Trip Mapping Software - 06-04-2009, 06:03 PM

I'm using MS MapPoint (formerly, "Streets and Trips"), but I'm annoyed by its limitations. When I enter a GPS co-ordinate, I would like to be able to give it a meaningful name on the map, but I haven't found a way to do that. Also, I've noticed that MapPoint doesn't have accurate road speeds. It doesn't know that West Texas has an 80 mph speed limit, or that it take 45 minute to travel 5 miles on a certain remote forest road. Does anyone have any recommendations?
