I Hate Complainers

In My Business , I strive for Exelence make everyone happy which alway does not happen , I was on a photo shoot The people did not obey the rules , I had to be firm with them 6 or 7 families . They complained . told my boss by email that I was Rude , This Bothered me for a few days but I am slowly getting over it ----In the 13 years I havew been doing this this is my 3rd complaint ------Do all Photographers feel this way??????? And by the way My company backed me up on this 100%

I think complainers aren't so bad...the people that think rules are for others...and they can do whatever they want and can run all over you...then you can complain..

I dont like your post mainly because there are too many run-on sentences that are hard to follow and i might tell your boss but i dont have his email address so please give it to me. Also i find that your use of ----- excessive dashes to be ---distracting quite frankly------ does anyone else here agree with me?????????

Dont get me wrong , I have had minor Complaints, here and there, About families not liking there portraits, But nothing major Directed at me that much at all , I think I am too sensitive somitimes

ps - i had a girl curse me out over the phone today b/c she didnt like what i said...and i was nice. at least they didnt curse you out.

Sounds like you truly care awesome. Some times people just rub each other the wrong way. When people stop listening to you there is nothing you can do no fault of your own. They just need to hear the same thing from someone else.

Steve. can you tell us what was it you were doing for the families, what were the rules and how they disobeyed them?
In other words, give us a better explanation of what happened.

Yes I can Olan Mills Rules
1 ---1 portrait session per Family
2--- First Shot is Signature Shot,, I can take as many other shots as they want
3-Cannot do seperate packages for each kid
Families try to get around this , 25 to 40 sittings a day is what i shoot, 3 or 4
try to beat the system
