Problem... - 06-15-2009, 03:05 PM

I usually am very private, but I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs, the phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says "Just some friends from work, you don't know them."

I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive.

Anyway I have never approached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her.

I decided to hide across from our house in my neighbor's lawn, so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. I was using my D3+Nikon 70-300mm to see down the block. It was at that moment, looking into the viewfinder, crouching in my neighbors lawn that I noticed an error "ERR" in my camera. Is this something I can fix or should I send it to Nikon?

Sometimes it is as easy as re-seating your lens. The ERR can come up if the lens is not making proper contact. You may also trying cleaning the contacts on the lens and camera body -- carefully.

That is funny. Didn't involve anyone getting hurt or killed... Great one and I haven't heard it before
