Saw that on Digg too not to long ago.

It's funny - I was dirt crawling with my cameras before I ever bought a tripod, now I tripod more. Mostly due to work though (professional licensed legal stalking)

Evidently I'm at Stage 4.5 as of last week. (a macro of lupines with mountains in the background. Planting one knee in the anthill gave me time to get the shot while the ants found/made an alternate exit; by then I was gone.....)

q: How do you recognize an experienced macro shooter?

a: by the size of the Advil bottle in the backpack.
