rumour is that he was not breathing when he arrived, that he may have been in cardiac arrest and they had to perform CPR. This has not been confirmed as to his condition. BTW he is 50 going on 90.

heard at 4:45 that he has died at the medical center.

They're reporting the hospitalization but not that he has indeed died. Only TMZ and the Huffington Post have "confirmed."

This is definitely strange. WFAA is now reporting that he was briefly in a coma and has died. I guess we shall see.

LA Times breaking news says he is in a coma. No matter what, I think he was a very talented person who, as it turns out, lived an incredibly sad life. I don't know if it is money or fame at a young age or just the total lack of a normal childhood, but he sure seems to have ended up as an adult as a modern day Howard Hughes.
