Of course everyone is very nice, as they always are, and they had a full Nikon setup. All the Nikon models laid out with grips, lenses, flashes etc. Everything from the D3 to the smallest P&S was out. It was a very nice display, and totally made me envious. They had some HUGE HUGE HUGE lens up on the counter that I was too afraid to get even within 2 feet from for fear it would break and I'd have to buy. I got to see what my D90 looks/feels like with the MB-D80 grip on it, and I have to say, if I can hold out for another two or three weeks while I save up some money it will be a miracle!

I guess they are having a Nikon promotion or something, but I didn't have time to ask. I was too busy drooling all over the carpet.

Battery grips are the bomb. I've had one permanently affixed to every SLR I've owned since 1996.

I think it was either the 200mm or the 300mm... It wasn't very tall (long), but it was ROUND.
