Wow! This was a bolt from the blue... - 07-21-2009, 07:05 AM

A good friend of my wife's whose home we had been to for birthday parties for the kids, and a really sweet lady was found murdered in her home friday. We just found out about it. So sad, her son will never recover, he loved his mother so much. Found in her home in LaVernia.

That story has been all over the news. I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend! From the neighbors on the news she sounded like such an awesome sweet lady. I do really feel bad for her son.

I am worried about the son, he will not do well over this. For both of them each other was the light of their lives.
