mia bella's on main!! it is awesome, unlike anything you have had before. you'll need a reservation on a weekend night.

we discovered it a month ago and started at the top of the menu and are working our way down. you can't go wrong.

There's a great sushi place down there.... we were at the Ball Park Inn not too long ago for a marriage seminar... I'll have to find the name of the place.

If you go down Washington - there's a FABULOUS pizza place... Star Pizza - trust me, it's worth trying. Delicious.

Lots of Vietnemese in that area. Mai's is open 24/7 on Milam.

If you want fancy italian try Quattro in the Four Seasons or Damian's on Smith St. Make reservations for those.

Ibiza is kinda cool. Or at least was last time I went which was a while ago.

Sambuca is cool if you like Jazz

Pink's Pizza on West Gray is the best pizza in town but they are tiny, not really meant for eating in but they do have a few small tables.

Mmmm, Damian's! I miss Damian's! China Town is near there and has some good restaurants. I just don't remember the name of them. Oh, on Sunday for brunch, I would do dim sum at Kim Son's or somewhere that others might suggest down there.
