Shooting in Waco on Thursday

I am doing some shots for a friend who is worried about scarring after a surgery she is having on the 12th. I am looking for outdoor locations (old buildings that might be...um...accessible, parks, etc), as well as an opinion on which Hampton Inn is better, North or South. I would like a room on an upper floor with 2 windows to do some natural light shots. South is a little more expensive, but seems to have bigger rooms. Well, from the pics on the website, anyway.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

There is an old school that partially burned down that is a great backdrop for some shots, let me see if I can dig up location...
