I thought just the same which is why I emailed them. However, they didn't seem to really be bothered by it.

In the gallery's defense (It is fair after all) they stated the show in which she participated was not-for-profit and put on to help out the art community.

You can complain to VIMEO too about infringement and they will pull it and ping the owner later...
