Studio Rental in the Houston Area

I'm a dog photographer looking for a studio space to rent one or two days out of the month. I'm aware of the section specifically dedicated to advertising studios for rent, but two isn't a real list for an area as large as Houston. The studio is 1300 sq feet that rents for $175 for up to 4 hours and $325 for up to 8 hours that includes lighting equipment.

If you book me for makeup as well I can give you a half day up to 6 hours for $300 and a full day up to 10 hours with makeup, studio, and lighting for $450. That is a major discount as my rate is the same as my studio, so essentially if you book me it's only an extra $125 and you get an extra two hours.

We also offer junior artists who are looking to build their books and would be willing to do tfp but you wouldn’t get the discount.

If you don't need an artist then you have access to the makeup and hair station for your clients use and you do have the option also of bringing your own artist.
I can also provide snacks and beverages to keep your energy up if you’d like. It's easier to create if your model is not swooning from hunger pains ;)
