MP3 download sites

Looking for a particular song:

1) Amazon doesn't have it
2) iToons makes you buy the entire #$%^& album
3) Walmart has it! but the file is corrupted......
4) buy.com sells hardware only
5) mp3.com...well, I can't figure out what they do. can't find a way to buy anything.....especially a single MP3 file.

did find a site that would sell it for 5 cents. yes, 5 cents. All you have to do is establish an account via a credit card with x amount. purchases are then deducted from the amount in the account. Plus some undetermined "fees".

However, I have serious problems with giving any funds to a site in Russia via my credit card.

You are refering to mp3search.ru i assume. I've used them fr quite a while and have been very pleased with the selection and quality. Never had a problem with my credit card either FWIW.

I think if it's in Russia there is a good chance it's not legit, either. I'm just mentioning it since you said you wanted legit (which I interpreted to mean legal, but maybe I'm wrong). I know of at least one music purchase site in Russia that was shut down (we looked at it but didn't buy from it).

EDIT: I shouldn't make assumptions -- there could be valid sites in Russia. I don't know.

I was right just looked it up and napster has it.

http://www.ledokolmp3search.com/ I use this site all the time and it is a great site to deal with. Download stuff for my kids all the time. Very cheap in my opinion and have never had a problem with them.
