Regardless of political opinions, my thoughts are with his family during this time. For anyone to suffer through what he went through as he deteriorated is horrible.

Exactly.

I will say that he served, with distinction, in that august body of congress for many, many years. You have to respect that, even if you don't respect his politics. I was never a fan of Ted Kennedy, but he consistently did what he thought was best and right for the American people. Not many can say that.

While I do/did not agree with Senator Kennedy's views I can respect the man for having principles and standing by them. I will say a prayer for his family tonight and I wish them well.

Been trying to find something good to say about the man all day........I can't.

God bless his family who mourn their loss.

Well, it is a Republican dominated state.. but that doesn't mean everyone here is one. At risk of being political, I am a Social Liberal and a Fiscal Conservative... which basically means I don't like any of them.

Nope. I'm not a Republican.

I'm a conservative.

And I like to hunt RINO's!

It doesn't matter because we're not supposed to discuss politics here.
