I don't think anyone was contending that it was real... I think that's pretty obvious from the slow motion and multiple camera angles.

Of course it's not real...!!! But still why would anyone text while driving...!!!

Thats like reading a book or the newspaper on the HWY...it's just STUPID..!!!

Several months ago I was passed at high speed on the freeway by a woman who was driving with her knees while putting on makeup and talking on the cell phone.

There's a lot of stupid people out driving.......

This reminds me...there's supposedly a house bill that goes into effect on Sept 1 about everyone in a vehicle must wear a seatbelt now, regardless of age.

And no cell use in an active school zone unless it's hands-free.

I have been passed more than once by people with their crackberry/iPhone in their hands driving with their knees. It's happening everywhere. Sadly, the people who will do it would watch this video and say "Well, they're just stupid and I know what I'm doing."
