We put an offer on a house tonight. We think it is a really fair offer and hope the sellers jump on it. They are upgrading and staying in the neighborhood and just closed on a new house. Hope they accept quickly and we can move in in a month.

I will soon have a STUDIO.

Sweet! Congrats on the new casa!

About the studio though, you may want to read a few books and start with a reflector before you dive in to studio photography. Just because you go out and by a camera and a new house doesn't make you a pro or in your case 10 cameras!

Being a pro is what made me able to buy a house with a studio. I've got the full time job which includes studio work, so I am not too worried about the learning curve. I even took Carl Lewis' new headshots.

Very nice! Just don't admit to giving him singing lessons!
