They had a feature on one of the auto sites with the Cars of Walmart. I wish my cell had a better camera for stealth shots like those.

private property and public place are not mutually exclusive, and you don't need a release for non-commercial use. The photos aren't being used in advertising.

I suppose the captions/commentary could open the site own up to libel claims though.

I have more respect than that...I would not shoot the wedding a a walmart...but a super target..them some richer people...
and expect to pay more...
