1 year and 6 days after hurricane Ike we are going to build a new home on our lot. We couldn't decide if we wanted to move back on the water but after long consideration we couldn't leave the other almost 30k the insurance would only pay if we build back on that lot. If feels good to put that kinda money as a down payment. I'll have to remember that feeling as I climb the 10 ft up to the new house.-Dora |
