I've actually seen this lens priced that low before, and that was 3 years ago when I saw them low like that. So, I don't really think it's that far fetched.

That's for the push/pull version, they had posted that list up a few times and twice yesterday if i recall.

EDIT:
the push/pull ver are going around the 5-400 mark. Depending on condition, 375 could be worth it. I'd figure the issues on the body could be significant since there are no photos of it. Also, if they have a camera, why not have a photo of it showing the blemishes? Again, if you're looking to sell something, it's easier to sell if you have a picture.

I always insist on a picture now. I bought an SB-800 that was described as good shape and when I saw it, it had a lot of scratches but I had already wasted half the day setting up the meeting so I got it...then I found out the pull out wide angle diffuser was broken off too and I didn't check it. I had a good price so it's not the end of the world but I don't trust craigslist that much anymore.

This is the one that I looked at previously - he had it for $450 - but has had no takers. It's the older push pull lens - it was in decent shape - I just opted for the 2 ring version for 800 through Camera Co-Op.
