I don't have homeowners or renters insurance. Truck was insured with liability and unisnured motorist only.

Keep your eyes on craigslist and maybe check out some pawn shops after the police report is filed. FYI: renters insurance is dirt cheap. When I got it through usaa it gave me a discount on my overall insurance that ended paying for itself. Good thing to look into.

I know the fealing, have had equipment stolen a couple times in burglaries. Hope things turn out better for you and you get some nicer bodies to work with.

Sorry to hear that this happened, what area of town did it happen. We were at Outback in Baytown and someone broke our sons window and got his gps. We asked the hotel next door if it was on their tapes since the camera was pointed right at the car, they said all along I-10 gets hit several times a day.

From now on, I'm going to make sure I bring all my gear in after a long shoot. In the past, I've left my lighting gear in the car and waited until the next day to bring it in.
