When it comes to photo gear, the used market is usually heavily affected by the new market -- at least when it comes to current technology at any rate. Back when I was a dealer, I would price my used gear that was current technology based on current new prices, not on what it sold for originally. And so would all the other dealers I knew. And all the dealers in
Shutterbug, etc.
So yes, I would expect the rise in prices to have a direct impact on used recent- or current-model EOS and EF gear.
