"AUSTIN, TX (September 18, 2009) – On the eve of the fifth anniversary of his death, the extensive photographic archive of Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist Eddie Adams has been donated by his widow, Alyssa Adams, to the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History at the University of Texas at Austin...."

Now, Austin has the archives of two of the 20th century's most notable Photojournalists, David Douglas Duncan's at the Ransom Center and Eddie Adams' at the CAH.

I actually held a reflector once for Eddie. It was, to say the least, a memorable event.
