News Flash: The French win one! - 10-07-2009, 12:58 PM

PARIS – Somali pirates in two skiffs fired on a French navy vessel early Wednesday after apparently mistaking it for a commercial boat, the French military said. The French ship gave chase and captured five suspected pirates.

It probably represents the first time they stood up for themselves/fought for themselves; they would be speaking German were it not for Allied Troops.

Way to go French, maybe Google will change their humorous attitude towards their French's search results. If you don't know what I mean, try this at google search engine:

type in French military victories and hit "I'm feeling lucky" button. See for yourself.

Or if you are too lazy, here's Google results for that phrase.

The problem now is that the French do not have the death penalty for any crime...Therefore, whatever prison sentence the pirates receive only raises their standard of living...They'll be sorry they didn't surrender themselves years ago......Ben
