Garamond and Rockwell are my faves, and I'm dissappointed in how poorly I did on the "Cheese or Font" game.

No Comic Sans, Handwriting or Papyrus? I am astounded. Those are clearly the three best fonts ever, judging by their use by photographers.

Let's not forget Curlz and Copperplate.

One of my contract jobs forces me to use Ariel, which is only a sliver more boring than Helvetica.

save the "non-boring" stuff for art and things that don't need to communicate efficiently.

I use two fonts for the entire piece (recurring quarterly newsletter), I just wish one of them wasn't Ariel.

Oh gawdy don't mention papyrus!! It's EVERYWHERE up here. Many photographers use it. My business partner tried to get me to use it for the business. I flat out refused. It's a never ending struggle but since I'm the owner, he don't have a say in the matter lol.

Absolutely NO PAPYRUS. I use carpenter script and century gothic for my branding mainly.

Zapfino? Anyone? I'm guilty of it but on the tail end of a trend, changing branding would be too killer / pointless.

Chyeaaahhh, Minion is my homeboy. I had a tryst with Palatino Linotype for a while, but I'm back on board with Garamond and Minion.

I'm also a fan of Rockwell and a few other of the Helvetica and look-alikes.

Uhh, if both are, then you only have one font. Otherwise, your wish is granted, and one of them isn't.

Of course, if you just go through and delete everything except Courier, it will make things much easier.

I love sans serif fonts and those in the list are übersexy.

down with comic sans, papyrus, et. al. The fingerprint of true hacks and amateurs.
