Lucky I wasn't home

I usually make it home every three weeks, but this time I am out a week longer to handle a shoot next weekend, lucky me.

At 4am this morning I received a phone call letting me know that the apartment building across from mine was engulfed in fire. I park my truck right next to the building when I am home. Unfortunately a mother and child are still missing.

We have had considerable maintenance problems at this complex and even our inside ac/furnace unit had to be replaced because unqualified workers installed the wrong one.

OH that is horrible! Glad you are safe! Prayers go out to the mother and child and hope they are found safe.
