I was going to get A light kit, Stands backdrop , but due to space is limited now I have 14-42 lens, 70 -300 lens, Fl 36 R Flash, E510 Camera . What do think should be next , Any Ideas , I have a few Dollars burning a hole in my pocket

I think I would work on shooting whatever it is you want to be good at everyday for about 6 months. Then you'll know what it is you NEED.

In seriousness, I'd wait until you know what you need first. There are limitless things to spend money on, but that doesn't mean they'll do you any good.

It's digital. Practice is free. Practice until you wear out your stuff. You already own enough focal lengths to last you a couple careers.

Don't be afraid of mistakes. Everybody makes them. Try not to make the same mistake twice. Doing that is known as a bad habit.
