My new transportation - 10-31-2009, 10:00 PM

At least for MX races, drag races, etc. The top is built to stand on so no longer need to carry a step stool.

Thanks to David E. (Davidtxs) in locating this beauty.

This is an 06 Kawasaki Mule 3010 that has been totally customized by UV Country in Houston. I'll be adding some of my own custom graphics to it, but it looks nice now. It even has satellite radio! Oh yeah, and ostrich skin seats (well faux).

Keep us updated on how well it works as a platform; have considered modifying the ladder/canoe rack (well, adding one now for the new truck), but thought it would be too "shaky" that high up and with the truck resting on springs. I am really interested in knowing how well yours works with a tripod, low light, wind, etc.

That thing 4x4? Looks like fun...

I'm envious...

That thing looks SWEET! Does it fit in your trailer?

Nice big PLUS with the top configured like that. Think of the shots you'll get from an elevated position... Very cool!

Thanks Joe. It fit on the flatbed, I haven't tried the red trailer yet. I plan on getting a toy hauler later so it will definitely fit in that. We'll have to see how we can setup a remote on that thing next race.

Just another reason too shoot Pentax cool ride though but I would also need a popcorn popper. Purely as an extra source of income when things are slow

Hey Joe,we could mount foot pegs on top of that thing where you can slide your feet into and then I could take off down the track with the green light and you should be able to get some pretty good panning shots!

May have to get some Nitrous plumbed into it but that can be arranged and we can call it the Lorenzini Mount and patent it
