Palm Treo Pro of HTC Touch Pro?

I am in need of a phone capable of running a particuliar App. and the 2 phones above are my choice from T-Mo. I currently have the G1 and like it, made by HTC, with the exception of it drops calls pretty bad.
Anyone have hands on with either of these 2? The larger the screen the better for an old man like me :)

I currently have an ancient Treo (600) and love it, except that it's about 7 years old and literally falling to pieces. The camera is really crappy on it, too. I personally like the Palm operating platform 'cause it's familiar and comfy, but am probably going to switch the HTC Touch Pro 2 on Verizon when my T-Mob contract is up at the end of this month, because it has a bigger physical QWERTY keypad.

I have the TP1, and the latest ROM update seems to have helped, but I would hold out for one of the newer HTC WinMobile 6.5 phones. Some of the TP2s are WM6.5, depending on carrier. I LOVE the 5 row keyboard, but I am eyeing the new HTC HD2 and hoping it hits Sprint.

I would skip the Treo at this point since Palm is moving to the new WebOS system on the Pre and soon Pixi.

The HTC is the Pro 2 and WM 6.1
Android is on the G1 I have now, and while I love it, it wont run the app I need to run :(

verizon new droid will drop nov 6 . its quoted as "a IPHONE Killer " running andriod 2 .

I can't wait until I can get my TP2. Gotta wait until Dec for my upgrade time w/At&t.

i had two treos and i didnt like them,right now i have the touch pro with sprint and havent had any problems. i like that i added a program that lets me use the phone as a modem to my lsptop. but im eyeballing the htc hero that is coming out soon or it might be out already with sprint.mis dos centavos
