I'm not sure that it isn't a joke. There is no lawyer listed with the State Bar by that name in Texas. It could be from elsewhere, but I'm guessing it's a faux ad - and yes, while tacky, still good for a chuckle at the visual parting of the couple. Another reason I am not a family law attorney.

I bet it very well could be a joke, but I was thinking if real the lawyer wasn't from these parts ... more likely to be called an "elevator" than a "lift," which sounds more British to me. But over there, do they call them "lawyers" or a "barrister?"
