Sort of...

Every year, I host two airmen who are in BASIC at Lackland through the Operation Homecooking Project. This year, DH's best friend and his brother are also hosting airmen so between the three families, 19 people will be eating at my house on Thursday. Managed to divide up the menu so now I'm only cooking 1 turkey, pies and stuffing. I just have to go to HEB and buy up every Granny Smith apple there!

Well, my Thanksgiving is a work day. I have a wedding on Thanksgiving day in San Antonio, then heading back to Dallas on Friday, then I have a wedding on Saturday in Dallas. This is all after just having gotten back last night from a bridal shoot in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Guess I really can't complain though.

Well, if you have a minute, you can always stop by my crazy household and I'll make you a turkey sandwich!

Turkey is in the Brine. Having full family and friends event. Baked turkey, fried turkey, slow smoked brisket, dressing with New Mexico Green Chili, mashed potatos with butter and cream, corn floating in butter. This year I will add fried dressing balls. wagen wheel gravey (can be used for wheel grease next day). Homemade bread, cakes and pies. This is just my list others will bring more.
