I've played around with this a bit myself at a couple of weddings. It's really pretty cool. Shoot your sequence and then combine with the Pro version of Quicktime. I found that using a laptop made the process a bit cumbersome, so I bought the Canon interval timer. I'm pretty sure there's a cheaper Ebay solution as the Canon timer isn't cheap. There are, indeed, cheaper Ebay solutions, but Mr Impatient here didn't want to wait 2 weeks for one to arrive from Hong Kong. They're about 60 on Ebay. I think I paid about 150 for mine.

Cool stuff and the Nikon D200 does have "Intvl Timer Shooting" built into the camera under Shooting Menu. It is at first hard to understand but can easily be figured out with a little trial and error. But talk about running up your number of shutter clicks.
