Something really strange happened today... I was on facebook and I noticed that my company had posted an entry. Well, it linked back to Donna Beard Photography: Thanksgiving Vacation and the little blurb was touching so I went to it. Then I realized... hey, I know Donna - at least as much as you can on an internet forum.

So I gotta ask - how did VRBO treat you?

very nice reminder...

sitting on my comfy couch in front of my big screen, it's all too easy to forget that there are people like Brad (and his entire family) out there doing what they do....

Holy cow - that's....well....that's really freaking cool.

VRBO - the gentleman that owned the house - was AMAZING. He actually called us during our drive to make sure we were okay. THEN - when we got there - the code we had didn't work - we were 'guinea pigs' for a new system - and he told me to call him if there were any problems. So we did.

The manager - who lived locally - called to check on us a couple days later...to see if we needed anything.

It was wonderful.
