If he puts it 3 yards deep in the endzone = game over. All in all a fairly ugly game. I don't think McCoy helped his Heisman chances.

Wow......what a game. Really didn't care which way things went, but it would have been cool if TCU got to play for national championship.

As soon as Nebraska messed up that kick off, I knew that if you give Texas the ball on their 40, they were going to win. The penalty didn't help either.

Even if Texas had lost, TCU still would've had to wait to see if the voters and computers put Cincinnati over them in the BCS poll. We'll see this evening.

Yes but it is not just the computers making this choice - the people's choice is 2/3 and the computer is 1/3.

The people feel TCU is the little train that could this year so I feel they would have gotten the bid over Cinny. I also think TCU is the better team and playing against Bama would be a great game simply for the underdog effect. (and I am a HUGE Texas fan)

Either way I don't like BCS in college it needs to be thrown out since I truly feel any team in the top 25 can beat any team on any day. I feel Top 25 should be in a playoff and winner gets the National Champ. No team should be given the right to play in the National Champ game it should always be earned. We do this in High School and the Pros - not sure why the middle with College should be different......oh I know money!

Every DI sport EXCEPT football has a playoff. And in Football, DIAA (not sure they call it that anymore), DII and DIII all have playoffs. The worst part is they could probably make more money if they instituted some sort of playoff system. I say we all storm the BSC offices and hold them hostage until they change!!!
