I am filling my first order using WHCC AND ROES. The order consists of Lustre and Metallic prints. I've selected all my Lustre prints and when I went to select the Metallic I get this message:

"If you change catalogs, your current order will be lost. Do you wish to continue?"

How do I order Metallic prints without losing my current order?

Yeah. They only do one finish style per order. Pretty annoying.

can't you queue one of them up and then send them at the same time?

Like they said. I had a discount for an order, and had to pick one type to use it on rather than one mixed order. I wanted a few samples of each type of printing Bay Photo does, but I had to pick one.

Wow, that just sucks big time! If we start getting more orders with mixed prints, shipping will start to add up. I wonder if there's an alternative?

I'm not sure. This is my first time using WHCC and first time using ROES. There's not a lot if info in the HELP files.

I have only used it a few times so far, and have gotten lost while putting together the two orders that I have used. It is definitely not an intuitive piece of software.

I started this morning and have not contacted them yet. Their Customer Service Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-7pm Central Time.

What sucks is I'm in training classes all this week. Hopefully I can find some time to call them.

One - They don't charge you shipping
Two - Orders submitted on the same day during business hours will be shipped together.

:)

ETA: You do have to pay shipping charges for rush orders or drop ship orders to somewhere other than the address you setup with them.

I'm a few days behind on this thread, but I have had this same question come up. Last night, I needed to order a few pages of lustre wallets, and a few metallic prints. I gave up and called Customer Service, and she confirmed that they must be two separate orders because different finishes go to different sides of the lab. A little frustrating because my 2 little orders weren't fulfilling the $12 minimum. Luckily, I had another order to fill today that was the same finish so I got it done.
