Creepy guy with camera, willing to serve you! - 12-09-2009, 09:11 AM

Gem posted this morning on Craigslist. I copied it in case it gets flagged (which it should) and disappears from the listing:

"Free Services Offered (Denton)
Date: 2009-12-09, 1:38AM CST

I am a photographer, and I'm trying to expand my portfolio. I'm willing to give free photoshoots to any female models willing to go nude (art, solo porn, hardcore porn, anything nude). I am needing more experience with skin tones and lighting on skin tones, so that is the reasoning behind this fantastic deal. If there is any kind of nude photography you need done, contact me, and I will do it for free (depending on the quantity and quality asked for). If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

* Location: Denton
* it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
* Compensation: no pay"

What a deal! I guess nobody told the guy that he can work on his skintones without somebody being completely nude.

LOL. I guess it's one of those cases of, "you never know until you ask if you'll get any takers". It's just like the guy in the bar who walks up to every single woman and asks if she would like to have sex with him. 99% of the time he'll just get slapped or laughed at... but it was worth it to him for that 1%.

It's still funny.

You found my post! Strange thing is nobody has answered and... the police showed up at my house last night asking questions.

Just kidding. But CL is a unique place.

I remember a chat addon pack I had back in my IRC days, that had random bad pickup lines. One of my faves was " Let's go back to my place for pizza and a f%&*" . I told a friend in college this, and he tried the line at a bar. Had a few weird looks, then this one jaw-dropping answer.... "Who needs pizza?" Yep, that 1% can be fun!

That 1% might be fun, or it may change your life forever.

I hate to say it, but this ploy works every now and again. I've had a couple female friends over the years that have fallen for something like this, and then asked me to consult with them and critique the photos taken, after the fact of course. I really hate to tell them when it's just a GWC. I think they asked my opinion because in the back of their mind they kinda knew they were conned. I usually just have to be polite and point out the good stuff as well as some "areas for improvement".

I see little wrong with it. The woman either accepts or not. Photos are shot. Deal is done. Besides, CL has the casual sexual meetups section; this guy isn't even asking for sex, just photos.

Tried the line on my wife. Her response was "Who needs a f%&?"

It actually worked... once...

I see nothing wrong with this guy asking to see women naked... people pay to do it all the time at strip clubs.

My problem is that he is trying to use photography as a way in. you KNOW he's not really doing it as a photographer and he's just using it as a ploy. Why would you photograph "solo porn and hardcore porn" to practice skin tones?!?

This loser is making the rest of us look bad.

Um, are we all just assuming this is a guy? Read the post again and tell me where it states gender. It reads quite differently if it was posted by a woman doesn't it? Am I right ladies? Just sayin'.
