Interest in another print exchange

I'd like to do another print exchange, but I've got a few ideas cooking in my head (see the poll).

I'd like to see genre and size categories. I'm not terribly fond of small prints (<11x14) and I don't think everyone is interested in receiving portraiture or other prints.

Costs get to be an issue. Not only cost of production & postage, but framing as well if you get a "keeper".

The current Large format print exchange has the following size limits for teh reasons stated above:

NOT larger than 11x14" paper
NOT smaller than 8x10" paper

Subject matter: No rules. Just do it. I think most folks would impose a personal filter for subjects that are too personal or have a very narrow appeal.

Other than that, I'm in.

What is a print exchange?

You pick an image and print copies for all involved in the exchange (or your group if the exchange gets large enough) and you receive a print from each individual.

I don't really see the need for genre's, that could make things boring (and it could also mean uneven group sizes if some genres have more participation than others). Without genre's you may not love every print you get, but you could also get some pleasant surprises you would have missed by sticking to a category.

Big prints can be a problem for shipping, if you do that we probably need to standardize on shipping materials and have everybody use tubes. 11x14" max paper size seems like a good compromise to me.
