Actually they didn't. Not sure if you watched the same game I did but the saints played dirty football as always, had some calls against the Cardinals that should have never happened and the saints had the refs on their side from the beginning. Really a bad game in my opinion.

apparently I wasn't watching the same game as you. I saw a very determined and hard playing Saints team dominate. The Cardinals got smacked in the mouth and couldn't respond this week. I didn't see any dirty plays or ref's ruling the game.

Sounds like someone was rooting for the Card's and saw them get whooped by the Saints and is trying to blame the ref's and dirty play.

wouldn't that be something. vikes and saints. two places i lived, two teams that have never won the superbowl. one could do it this year. too bad they can't play in the superbowl against each other.

an aside...i may have to eat my words about both the saints and vikings not having it...especially my diatribe about favre.

Well I will say that the Cards team that played last week was not the same team that showed up tonight which was not a good thing. I saw quite a few calls against the Cards that were uncalled for and then again several good calls.

I did want the Cards to win since I feel that this was Kurt's last season but we will see.

I hate the saints, always have and always will. They play dirty and there were some cheap shots that should have been called that weren't.

Going forward I hope that next year the Cards come back and do something next season like they should have this time.

I hope the saints lose and if they don't, then I hope their keys players get hurt. I wish them nothing but the worst and hope that either the Vikings or the Cowboys bring the pain to them.

As you can tell, I don't like the non-saints.

I never do, some say that might be a downside but at least I am honest. I have worked with athletes most of my career and when you hear them talk about their 'plans' to take out other players, plays that will allow cheap shots, etc I have no ill feelings to the majority of my opinions.

With that said, that does not go for all athletes. Most are very good at what they do and their comradery for other athletes is amazing. But there are those select few that should not be in the game.

Ummm.... I guess you didn't watch the same game as the rest of us. And from someone who is from LA and born/bread, die hard Saint fan.... Green is never a good color for people. Just accept the defeat as we did when we lost to the Cowboys. It was a hard play emotional game and the SAINTS earned it! Nothing has ever been given to us. This is our YEAR! This is our STORY. WHO DAT Nation is on it way to the Superbowl. One down....two to go.
