I saw The Book of Eli last night. Good movie.

Before that, I saw the trailer for the Clash of the Titans. WOW! This movie looks to be awesome!!! The CGI and special effects looked amazing.

... another remake. i guess it is cheaper to re-hash something the studios already have rights to rather than come up with something new. that said, this does look quite promising. thanks for sharing the trailer. i will have to go see this one.

Although I will agree with you guys that there are very few original movies nowadays, I really don't see the problem with remakes. In my opinion, it's hardly different than many of us trying to emulate our favorite photographers then putting our own little spin on the photo.

I enjoy a well done remake, and Clash of the Titans is a good example of a film that could be improved with new technology. I hope the remake trend continues and expands to films that were good ideas or concepts executed poorly.

I'm glad to hear you liked the Book of Ely... I want to see it as well.

The preview looks REALLY good for CoT's. It's gonna be a good movie year... ;-)
