Drive around and look for the cars on the side of the road.

This is the resource I have used. No new reports yet, but you can look at the early reports in 2009 and see where they were popping up then.

And there's lots more info on the site.

Be careful. Be safe. Be respectful.

Find a safe place to park. Be respectful of private property. If you see a crowd, go somewhere else. Spread out. Too many people in one place is not good.

Let common sense prevail.

Wildflower locations is another candidate for a sticky.
